Comments: Disgraceful , Disgraceful, Disgraceful. Hang your heads in shame Canadian Parliamentarians ! How on earth do you think that it came about that you are legislating in a democracy ? If it wasn't for some of those exhibits in that museum then you would probably have been forced to get out and do a proper job in the real world. My condolences to the good , law-abiding , tax paying citizens of your country , I didn't realise that you were ruled by such uneducated , useless Phillistines !

Comments: Our heritage is worthy of celebration and preservation. Or, we can again send all our expertise away somewhere else, as we did when Avro staff dispersed into the Apollo moon landing program, and the Concorde. Our government again is showing a sad lack of respect for something that has made Canada great. If the government fails to maintain the museum (which I was fortunate enough to see before the locks changed), then it is just another sad example that our government seems interested in sending our oil, lumber, and perhaps our water, along with our technical expertise and engineering excellence and manufacturing jobs, off to someone else to turn it into something productive. Shame!

Comments: My father was Robert Larson. He worked for AVRO then DeHavilland, then McDonald Then McDonald Douglas until he passed away in 1972. He was one of the men who build the Arrow. He was a machinist. Because he was involved in the redesign of the wing strut to stop vibration, his initial AL were added to the plane. I am Belinda Larson, his daughter. When he passed on the company was fantastic about helping both myself and my mother. CUDOs. Belinda (Lynne) Joseph 226-218 3429

Comments: I can't believe this is happening, history repeats itself. I was a kid when the Arrow was cancelled but I will never forget seeing the look on my dad's face when he came home from working on the Arrow I'm glad he is not around to witness this. What is wrong with Canadians? We should be proud and grateful to have such a museum to visit and show what we have accomplished over the years. If the Prime Minister of this great country reads any of the comments I only hope and pray he will follow his heart and do what is right. God Bless the people who have contributed in restoring these beautiful planes.
